Our specific campaign engagements, milestones, deliverables, monthly ad spends, and flat fees are governed by customized Service Agreements signed by both parties. Retainer services run on rolling 30-day billing terms unless specified otherwise.
To launch performance paid ads or perform SEO audits, clients must provide necessary partner level accesses (e.g. Google Analytics access, Meta Business manager access). The client is responsible for paying all ad spends directly to the channels.
Upon complete payment of project fees, all custom visual brand assets, vector files, logo variations, landing page designs, and structured frontend code are transferred as intellectual properties of the client.
